Throat Spray/Lozenges

Morning everyone!

Seems like the whole family is battling with a sore throat today. Can anyone recommend a good throat spray that's also suitable for my little guy? I would prefer the spray, but lozenges are also fine.

Well ladies, it's official, I gave up on the idea of having another baby because A was adamant he didn't want another child.

A went to see his life coach over the weekend and was asked one question: "if in the futurer, we could see a book of all the things we have said no to, would it break you heart to see a 5yr old's birthday party and know that you said no to it?

Needless to say we have been in serious discussions over the last week and we have decided that another baby ...

Chocolate cupcake in a mug (5 minutes )

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tablespoons cake flour

4 Tablespoons sugar

2 Tablespoons cocoa

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons milk

3 Tablespoons oil

1 Mug

METHOD:

Flour

Sugar and Cocoa

Mix

Spoon in 1 egg

Mix

Pour in Milk and Oil

Mix well

Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt)

Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug

Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!

Im now almost 34 weeks and my LB has really not been moving much since yeaterday morning, he does still move every now and again but is it ok if his movements haveslowed down?I am paranoid but also cant rush to the hospital every 5 mins.

Just wanted to say hi before im off for the day. Hope you all had a good weekend. C has now discovered that she can dress her self completely so she is changing about 10 times a day, you can imagine what her cupboard looks like but ill clean it when the novelty wears off!!

We were going to get our female alsation sterilised as soon as we got back from Durban,while we were away she came on heat and on Sat we recieved the fruits of that!!!! 5 OF THEM!!! Shje now has 5 puppies which will be 6 weeks old when Daniel arrives, how are we gonna handle 6 dam puppies running around and a newborn, then have to find them homes.My husband is so excited and its driving me crazy!!!!!

Hey all,

Well we had our 3D scan on Sat and our little boy is gorgeous, looks just like C but I geuss they all look pretty similar in utero. He is growing well and is pretty squashed. We have also decided to do the natural thing, im petrified but ill get through it.

I also think that we are further then we thought cause baby is 3 weeks bigger than he should be.

You better all start praying for pain relief from the Lord cause he is the only way ill get through it

OMG! Notice the steak knife in his hand? He was very nicely playing with THREE steak knifes and just quickly put them back when I called him!

And yes.... he opened the dishwasher by himself, and got up there all by himself! The Little sh*t!

How in Heaven's name do you NOT have a pool net on your swimming pool if you have a toddler in the house?????

A friend, from K's old school, just SMS'd me to ask for someone to put a pool net up for her, because they took her toddler (he's just under 2 yrs) out of the pool just over an hour ago!

I am shocked. No. Actually I am fuming mad. How a parent can be so irresponsible is beyond me.

He is ok - Thank God. But I ask you with tears in my navy blue eyes.... ...

How do you disc ipline whemyour LO's are cheeky, C is riving us insane, she has an answer for everything, argues with us on everything, she wont listen to me and when she does its a tantrum while she is doing it. She also orders me around like im her slave and she will whine when she asks for something instead of asking like a big girl. She shouts to me from the other rooms in the house and refuses to come and ask me for something, she wont eat on her own anymore, I have to feed her and this ...
