Children's Books
Hi all
We were dragged into Exclusive books by DH yesterday, and while we were waaaaaiiiiiiiting, I strolled around to the childrens books section. WOW!!!! I managed to find the Dr Seuss range of books and at a reasonable price. J was introduced to Cat in a Hat and Green Eggs and Ham.
Green Eggs and Ham went to school this morning, and I am wondering if there is going to be some commentary on the reading selection for my 4year old?
I was also wondering if there are any books out there that you would recommend?
Then came the realisation, that both DH and myself were never taken to bookshops as children and we weren't always encouraged to read books either. I am glad that I developed a love of reading and that I am able to share it with my children. It is so rewarding for me to see my children's eyes light up when they are given a book.
