Nail on the head R, there is nothing more rewarding than children and appreciating life through their lives too.

You willing to do it again cause with all the nappies and no sleeping and tetthing, colic etc is more than worth it, our LO's are so special.

Alex is also more of a practical thinker so hence the delay on the decision, and I have to admit that I am not entirely upset about it. Kirsty is a lot of work so the delay has been a blessing.

I realised this morning that I have been dealing with dirty nappies for 4.5yrs now and I am wondering why I would possibly want to go through the nappies stage for much longer.

Broody? Ja well... have tried broaching the subject with Erich, but he's more of a head than heart thinker when it comes to "such things". It's good, I suppose, otherwise I'd end up like that other woman and have to hire a driver to fetch and carry those of my 9 children who can't get around by themselves. Her youngest is 3, and the oldest is 25.

Kiefer was a summer baby, and Ethan was a autumn baby. I found it hard on Kiefer because it was a particularly hot summer in 2004, and couldn't quite get the temp right, but then I was also a first timer. With Ethan I loved all the cute snow suits, fluffy blankets, feather baby duvet, booties, fleecy baby grows... But then I love winter myself. I didn't remember the feeding in the cold being a problem...? But then our flat is pretty cosy in winter.

Twins, now there's a novel idea, I think Alex would pop his clocks if I told him I was carrying twins. I am also thinking that Dee will beat both of us so I am not even going to chance a bet there.

That's so great Cee YIPPEEEEE!!!! I will hopefully join you in that department soon coz hubby says we must go towards end of the year..i was thinking September and have baby in June/July then i get to stay home with baby through the winter months...But it's not about me, it's about you and it's great that you guys are gonna extend the family, that is awesome Cee!!!

Apparently not, there is a little boy in J's school who is Karabo so I guess it is one of those unisex names.

Karabo is a girl's name, though...

Those cold feet are already talking so I'd better get a move on. As I said, I'd have to be a smartie box to get that one right but there is nothing stopping us calling our child Karabo is there? MMMMM?

Congratulations, Clarabelle! It's a HUGE decision as you very well know! I just hope you don't get cold feet! ha ha! And good luck with the brown baby boy! Don't think Alex is going to be able to help with that one, though! And you know what they say... once you've tasted chocolate, you'll bever want vanilla again!

Well ladies, after much debate and to'ing and fro'ing, Alex has finally decided that he is ready for another baby. Here are my goals before we even contemplate that idea in reality:

1. Find a new home
2. Get body and mind around the idea
3. Move office
4. Get the idea around body and mind
5. Resign from work
6. Get mind and body around the idea
7. Find new schools, doctors, shopping venues
8. Move house
9. GET PREGNANT so that we can have another summer baby and ensure that we follow J's request for a brown baby boy, who is going to be called Karabo, and turn myself into a smartie box so that I can pop that colour out.
