Yumm guys. Definately trying some of these out.

Other Bean Salad

Talk about ammo...
1 can baked beans
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 chilli, chopped finely
1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Mix everything together, let it stand, and serve chilled.
I suppose if you add broad beans, and canelotti beans or other beans, add a half a cup of vinegar and a liberal dashing of olive oil, you would have a traditional three bean salad?
