Savoury TART!
Put all the left overs into a ovenproof dish. For 23cmx23cm dish use approximately 1 time the following mixture to add to left overs to make a tart:
2 eggs
pinch salt
approximately 1 cup milk
3 heaped tbsp flour
some oil (10ml) if desired to make a bit more moist
(I usually just put this all in a quick shake and get some cocktail therapy going)
Top with grated cheese.
Double for bigger baking dishes. Use any combination: Cut up left over braai and mixed veg; Tuna and braised Onion and Green Pepper; Roast Veggies and Olives with some Rosemary for a meditteraenian feel... Chicken... Spinach and Feta... left over fish that you can't leave - do straight away! Can be frozen, but why would you want to?
Bake at 180deg for about 40 minutes, or until the sides brown and it is set.
